MONITORING & CONTROL

Someone is awake. Even when you are sleeping.

Security is not about reaction. It's about prevention. Most incidents have warning signs several days in advance. An unknown car repeatedly parked in front of a house. A figure who regularly watches the entrance. A pattern that no one has yet caught — because no one is systematically looking. We do. Our dispatch center runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We monitor the location, evaluate the patterns, and react before anything happens.

HOW OUR DISPATCH WORKS

24 / 7 / 365

Our dispatch center never closes. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Sunday morning at four o'clock. There's always someone to answer the phone.

A LIVE HUMAN, NOT A MACHINE

Your calls are answered by a trained dispatcher. No menus, no waiting, no "press for more options".

KNOWLEDGE OF EVERY CLIENT

The dispatcher knows who is calling, where you live, what your protocol is. You don't have to introduce yourself or explain the basic situation.

DEPARTURE COORDINATION

If intervention is required, the dispatcher activates the emergency unit at the location within 5 minutes.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM THE LOCATION

ZNALOST PROSTŘEDÍ

We live here. We know every street, every routine, every face that belongs here.

CONTINUOUS PATROLS

Regular physical presence at the location — walking tours and car rides at various times.

PATTERN ANALYSIS

We look for long-term patterns — repeat visits, unfamiliar vehicles, changes in surrounding traffic.

KOMUNITNÍ NAPOJENÍ

Cooperation with neighbors, local businesses and the SVJ. Information flows in both directions.

INCIDENT RESPONSE

01

IDENTIFICATION

The dispatcher detects a suspicious signal or pattern — an alarm report, an unknown vehicle, a perimeter violation. He or she immediately begins to assess the situation.

02

EVALUATION

During the first 60 seconds, the dispatcher decides — is it a false alarm, a technical fault, or a real risk? According to the protocol, it escalates.

03

REACTION

If the situation is real, the emergency unit starts within 5 minutes. At the same time, the dispatcher contacts the client and, if necessary, the Czech Police.

04

RECORDING AND ANALYSIS

Every incident is documented. After resolution, an internal analysis is conducted — what could have been done better, what to do next time. We learn from every situation.
