When you organize a private party, corporate event, gala evening or wedding, you are responsible for a thousand things — catering, decoration, music, guests. Security should not be the thousandth priority. We will take care of everything — from entrance control to supervision of the process to the safe departure of the last guest. HOW IS EVENT SECURITY PROCESSED?

FIRST CONSULTATION

We will meet with you or the event organizer to discuss the nature of the event, number of guests, location, date, and your specific concerns or requirements.

VENUE AUDIT

We will inspect the venue in person. We will identify risks, entrances, escape routes, weak points. We will draw up a detailed security plan.

ARRIVAL AND DEPLOYMENT

On the day of the event, we arrive early. The team sets up, checks the space, and coordinates with other departments (catering, technology, organizer).

PROCEEDINGS
ACTION

Our team is actively working throughout the event — controlling entrances, supervising the space, protecting VIPs, and dealing with anything that arises.

TERMINATION AND EVALUATION

Escorting the last guests, securing the space, handing the space back over. The day after the event, a brief evaluation — what went well, what can be done better next time.
